The slider on the bottom controls the Minimum Viable Unit, or MVU, which is the visual threshold for information density. The idea is to either converge on this via some insight into the person’s pattern of interaction or else the person just sets it and forgets it. Probably a different threshold for e.g. desktop w/monitor, laptop, and phone.
